August 2008	2/3 - Academy of Off Road Riding (Please contact the Academy of Off Road Riding for details) 9 - Working Bee (Starting at 8 am and going thru to roughly 2 am. We will be putting the final touches on the grounds for the Pointscore on the Sunday and in preparations for the titles. We also need to start to focus on the grass and small trees that are starting to grow at a steady pace around the boundries of the track thanks to the rain. If you are coming to the working bee and could bring brushcutters or whippersnippers with you that would be much appreciated) 10 - Point Score #5 16/17 - Smooth Hard & Fast Training School (Please contact the Moss Institute of Motocross & Supercross for details) 22 - Working Bee after 4pm 23/24 - NSW State Titles / Open (Requires National Licence, entry forms, must qualify Contact Dirt Bike Promotions) 31 - Point Score #6 (note date change)
September 2008	6 - Working Bee 14 - Private Hire – Central Coast Dirt Riders (Check www.ccdr.com.au for details)
October 2008	23 - AGM 25 - Working Bee 26 - Point Score # 7 + nominations for the AGM
November 2008	2 - Private Hire – Central Coast Dirt Riders (Check www.ccdr.com.au for details) 5 - Club Meeting at Kurri Kurri Workers Club at 7pm (Wednesday due to Melbourne Cup on Tuesday) 8 - Working Bee 9 - Club Day (Start gates will be used)
December 2008	Presentation Day: 6 - Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre from 12 noon

Please Take note that the Calendar has changed and there are a few things you need to be aware of:

1. Open days require National Licences and Entry forms and are open to Snr & Jnr unless stated otherwise.

2. Club Days gates will be used

3. Practice Days Gates will NOT be used

Volunteers wanted

If you could spare a day or a weekend we are calling out for marshalls to assist on the weekend. You will receive free entry, a T-shirt and food/drinks throughout the day.

If you can assist on this weekend please contact either Alana on 0422 227 117 or Danny on 0418 600 553.

Any rider wishing to participate in a training school at Cessnock prior to the titles or purely to come along and refresh your skills the following schools have been booked. Please contact each Trainer for details, entries and cost.

CHANGE IN POINT SCORE DATES

Due to unforeseen circumstances we need to change the date of our 6th Pointscore. We will now be running our 6th Pointscore on the 31st August 2008 instead of the 7th September 2008. Maitland District MCC has assisted us in this change and they will now be running their Pointscore on the 7th September 2008. A huge thank you to the committee from Maitland in assisting us with this change.
